MEET AUTOROPA - FREDRIK MÅRTENSSON

We are like a little family here at Autoropa

Fredrik Mårtensson, 40 years old. Lives south of Malmö in Klagshamn.

WHO IS FREDRIK MÅRTENSSON?

In my spare time I travel around Europe as a mechanic in a tractor pulling team.

I like to travel to warm countries, my favorite destination is Florida.

Being out with the boat is something I really appreciate, I love the sea. It is so calm and peaceful.

WHY AUTOROPA?

I have previously worked at Mercedes-Benz in Malmö as a truck mechanic, it is a very heavy and tiring job. I knew Magnus Eiriksson from before when we worked together a long time ago. He told me that there was a vacancy as a mechanic for Mercedes at Autoropa, it suited me well.

I think working at Autoropa is very nice, we are like a little family.  I really appreciate how we get close to our customers in a completely different way than in larger workshops. Another thing I really like with my job is when we do events.

FAVORITE EXPERIENCE AT AUTOROPA?

Getting to work and meet and work with my colleagues and the family feeling.

 A big deal for me was being appointed "Employee of the Year" in the Formula Award 2023, it means a lot to me.

YOUR DREAM CAR?

My dream car is a McLaren 720 Sprider. But after a little more experience with Ferrari, that can probably change...
